Meet Chris, a seasoned real estate professional with a dynamic career spanning over three decades. His journey into the world of real estate commenced with a strong foundation, having attended the esteemed Moseley Flint School of Real Estate in 1990. However, he initially ventured into the pharmaceutical manufacturing realm at AH Robins, showcasing versatility in his career pursuits.
Despite his diverse experiences, Chris's passion for real estate persisted. At the age of 21, he made a pivotal decision by acquiring his first home, recognizing the inherent value and potential within the real estate landscape. In the year 2000, Chris embraced this passion once again, acing the licensing exam on his maiden attempt and officially delving into real estate sales in November of the same year.
Over the next few years, Chris dedicated himself to honing his sales acumen, refining marketing strategies, and nurturing a loyal customer base. His unwavering commitment paid dividends, allowing him to transition from the pharmaceutical industry and wholeheartedly pursue his dream of a full-time real estate career. In February 2005, Chris co-founded Corner Lots LLC alongside a local real estate investor, solidifying his foray into property flipping, development, and construction.
Since his auspicious entry into the real estate sphere in 2000, Chris has wielded his expertise to effectively market and sell properties across diverse locales including Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Hanover, Henrico, Louisa, New Kent, and Petersburg. His roots in Eastern Henrico County, as both a graduate of Varina High School and an active coach in community sports, reflect his deep connection to the Richmond area and its residents.
Chris, together with his wife Kathy, has cultivated strong ties within the community over the years. From coaching Sandston baseball and football to mentoring aspiring athletes at Varina recreation, his commitment to youth development and community engagement shines through. As his children pursued their academic endeavors at VCU's business school and settled in the Richmond area, Chris's dedication to family and community remains unwavering.
Presently, Chris resides in Eastern Henrico County with his wife of 25+ years, embracing the joys of grandparenthood as they recently welcomed their first grandchild. His rich background, extensive experience, and deep-rooted ties within the Richmond community continue to define his commitment to exceptional real estate service and community involvement.
